Warmup:
3×15 Air Squat
3×10 Squat Jumps
3×5 Squat Tuck Jumps

WOD:
Back Squat 8-8-8

Then:
Partner up: “Tail Pipe”.
3 rounds for time: 250m row Sandbag hold.
Partner 1 sprints 250m on the rower while partner 2 holds a sandbag/two kettlebells against his/her chest or a barbell overhead.
When the 250 meters is rowed the partners switch.
