To bring the workouts of the day in line with the strength bias program MaD will now program two on one off, three on one off. So Wednesday and Sunday are rest days.

We will be coaching at CrossFit Watertown next Saturday 3/28. normal WOD 8am Strength Bias 9am. Feel free to join us in CT.

135 pound barbell Thrusters
45 pound weighted Pull-ups

For weighted pull-ups, placing a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles works great.
