Run 800 meters
115 pound Thruster, 15 reps
21 L Pull-ups

STRENGTH BIAS

MetCon (20 min or less)

“Diane” 21-15-9 reps, for time

Deadlift 225 lbs
Handstand push-ups (HSPU)

If you don’t have HSPU then pick a suitable substitute (Pike Push Up, Barrier, Bands) that will allow you to complete the reps while maintaining the met con element of the workout.
