Donna works the crowd
Today’s Run Clinic went well. We had 8 participants, so it was a good number to deal with and made for lots of one on one coaching time.

Everyone went home with their 6 weeks of homework, we will be interested to see the improvements.

I will post video here in the next couple of days once I get it cut together.

We finished the clinic with an intro to a body weight CrossFit wod (workout of the day).
Run 200, 15 Squat, Run 200, 15 Burpees, Run 200 15 Unweighted Thrusters, Run 200, 15 Push Ups.

For those following the normal workouts or Strength Bias tomorrow is a rest day so take it easy, enjoy the great weather (if you have it).
