We had a great time at the Catalyst Athletics Olympic Weightlifting Seminar at CrossFit Boston this weekend. We highly recommend attending this if you get the chance.
Jason set two new PR’s, 135# Snatch and 230# Clean. Nice work Jason!
Celeste also had a good result this weekend. To quote her “No Heel Strike”
“My trophy after finishing in 21:47. My last 5k a couple weeks ago was 23:25! Thanks!”
