Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
21 x 1½/1 pood Kettlebell swings (or 50/35 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Scale as required, compare to WOD 3/27

    Hi Jesse, yep “Helen” is one of those sorts of wod’s.

    Jason 14:23 as Rx but would have been a good 2 minutes faster if not for all the hand taping due to ripped callus’s
