Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
Deadlift, 12 reps 225/185 pound

STRENGTH BIAS

Deadlift 3 x 5

Then 15-12-9

Metcon (Aim for less Than 10 min )
Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
100 m Run
1.5 pood Kettlebell swings, 12 reps
10 Pull-ups

Finish with O Lift Skill Development
