1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
For time. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
Donna – “Randy” – For Time: 75# power snatch, 75 reps

In honor of Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member who was killed February 6 2008 in the line of duty.

Today we pack up the gym in Stockbridge, MA in preparation for the move to New Zealand. We will be spending the next few weeks working out at various CrossFit Affiliates as we work our way across country to Sacramento, CA.

Once there we will be spending time at the local affiliates, making ourselves available to train and be trained. Then in late Sept we head for NZ and start looking for a new home for MaD CrossFit.
