As many of you know we will soon be making our way from MA across country to Sacramento, California and then in Sept to New Zealand.

What does that mean for the MaD CrossFit program?

Tomorrow we start week 5 of the current Strength Bias cycle, it will run for two more weeks and culminate in a testing week to see what gains have been made this time around. After that there will be a low intensity/recovery week.

Then we will start a four week cycle focused on Olympic Weightlifting. This will include mini MetCons so you don’t miss out on working that capacity.
