50 GHD Sit-ups
Clean, 8 reps
40 GHD Sit-ups
Clean, 6 reps
30 GHD Sit-ups
Clean, 4 reps
20 GHD Sit-ups
Clean, 2 reps
10 GHD Sit-ups

This is a full clean, if you recieve the clean in a power position ride it down to the bottom of your front squat. Sub the GHD Sit Ups with weighted or unweighted ABMAT sit ups if required.
