Next Saturday we will be taking on the “Lumberjack 20″ WOD in honour of the athletes from Lumberjack Crossfit who were killed and wounded on Nov 5th at Fort Hood.

    Thanks, it was taken during a SSE on Xmas eve 2007 in Ghazni Afghanistan.

    True, in fact it snowed for about 24 hours, starting around mid morning Xmas Eve. Needless to say we had a very quiet Xmas Day, even the most ardent taliban didn't want to go out in that weather.
