WOD 12/5 – Lumberjack 20

We will be taking on the “Lumberjack 20″ WOD in honour of the athletes from Lumberjack Crossfit who were killed and wounded on Nov 5th at Fort Hood.
.
No Skills session this week, the workout can be scaled for anyone so come on down and join us at 9,10 or 11am.

Lumberjack 20

20 Deadlifts (275lbs) /Run 400m

20 KB swings (2pood) /Run 400m

20 Overhead Squats (115lbs) /Run 400m

20 Burpees /Run 400m

20 Pullups (Chest to Bar) /Run 400m

20 Box jumps (24″) /Run 400m

20 DB Squat Cleans (45lbs each) /Run 400m
