We will be taking on the “Lumberjack 20” WOD in honour of the athletes from Lumberjack Crossfit who were killed and wounded on Nov 5th at Fort Hood.
No Skills session this week, the workout can be scaled for anyone so come on down and join us at 9,10 or 11am.
