Take a day off!
Hopefully the weather will improve and you can get outside to enjoy it.
We had a great day at the gym yesterday. Lori visiting from CrossFit Sunshine Coast joined the 9am crew to take on “Christine” then hung around for the skills session at 10.

- 21 Box Jumps 24″/60cm box
- Nick fights for that overhead position









Gypped.
You totally cut that video right before I dropped the weight and landed on my butt.
I really want to take a couple of hours and practice snatching. The weight is clearly not a problem — it’s the catch.
So annoyed I missed Burgener’s cert in November.
