Elizabeth 50kg and Rx dips: 8:11
Need to put dips back in my warm up.
FS: 70, 75, 85, 90×3. Still, that’s both bodyweight and PR.
PP: 50, 55, 60, 65. Another PR.
Elizabeth 50kg and black-band ring dips: 7:57. Shoudl have done it with 60kg
FS: 70, 75, 80, 85 x2
PP: 50, 60, 60, 65 x 2. Not so much of a push press, need to drive the weight up.
Lizy: 7:14. First 21 ring dips completed with out a band, following 15 and 9 completed with grey band. Only 40 kg on the bar (pussy) should have ramped it up.
