PP: 50, 60, 60, 65 x 2. Not so much of a push press, need to drive the weight up.

Lizy: 7:14. First 21 ring dips completed with out a band, following 15 and 9 completed with grey band. Only 40 kg on the bar (pussy) should have ramped it up.</description>
