    Those pull ups are hard work. I over estimated my strength big time.
    20, 28 x 2, 28 x 1
    BS- 90kg
    Met Con: 5:54

    21, 29, 33 x 2. All chin ups, aim for pull ups next time.

    BS 60 kg

    Met con: 6.54. strokes per min still to high, need better technique
