then

Push Press 1 x 3

Finish off with:

5 rounds for Time
6x Deadlift
6x Bent row
6x Hang power clean
6x Thrusters
6x Push-ups (hands on bar)

Use same bar load throughout 60kg/40kg. Scale the load to your current strength fitness

    FS. 85, 90, 95 kg.
    PP. 65, 65, 70 kg. No hip drive

    WOD. 40kg women’s Rx. thrusters a killer, HPC very ugly.
