100 m sprint
18 kipping pull-ups
21 push-up

    Rehab wod’s going well – bs-30,35,40,50,55
    press- no shoulders tonight, 25, 30 and matt made me stop it was too ugly; metcon 10:00

    It wasn’t ugly, just an innovative way of getting under the bar.
