This one is from Utah, a little modified to fit with our equipment.

For time:
5, 4, 3, 2, 1
120/80 (263/173) Deadlift
50/33 (115/73) Overhead squat

Between each set of Deadlifts and OHS Dumbbell Farmers Walk 15m (50′) 20/15kg

    Post-postmortem: Light headed with slight dizz-ness….waiting for runners high to kick in… ahhh there it is.

    Due to a few strains and pains amongst our clients we changed to wod to one we had programmed for later this week. “Tabata This”
    Row (calories)
    Squat
    Pull Up
    Push Up
    Sit Up
    Rest 1 minute between Tabata intervals of each exercise. Take lowest interval score from each exercise (we made the rower cals cumulative, easier to track that way)

    Good fun. I was happy to do body weight stuff. due to fuzzy head, I have forgotten my number.

    I did Tabata sprints this morning, it was awesome after a day off

    Did the WOD this evening scaled everything back to 80 kg deadlift, 30kg OHS but 20kg DB farmers walk

    I think I will go along to Cross Fit Chistchurch in the holidays but for the long term I want to set up the basics in my garage

    squat: 17 (damn it…)
    pull-up: 8
    push-up: 8 (wish I had gamed it better, coulda gone for 9 reps)
    sit-up: 14
