    Caught a cold that is currently doing the rounds of uni so I took 2 days off.

    Fitness training with my hockey team this morning. 5km Run then tabata sprints.

    30kg Thrusters
    70kg Deadlifts

    Felt strong, reset deadlifts many times but at least form felt right. Realised half way through thrusters the bar had no collars on it!!
