As a pair:

30 medicine ball throws to each other.
30 medicine ball sit ups. Throw the ball to your partner as you come up from your situp.
30 box jumps each – 1 person at a time. Share the box.
30 air squats each. 1 person goes at a time.

Once we are done hang around for some gymnastics skills. Bring some long pants and we will practice some rope climbing stuff as well!
