Donna heads to the US today to cheer on all our friends at the CrossFit Games, hit as many boxes as she can in California and attend a couple of Certifications and Seminars. She is back at the end of the month.

The only planned class changes at this point are cancelling the 4:30pm classes on 20 and 22 July. I will keep you posted if anything else crops up.
