(1 round of each movement – 8 cycles)
Squat + 1 min rest
Rower (Cal) + 1 min rest
Pull Ups + 1 min rest
Push Ups + 1 min rest
Movements can be done in any sequence.

Then after all that we will hit some running drills and skills at 10am.

Loz is in 10th for the women and CFNZ is in 26th in the affiliates.

it was great seeing Loz finish 2nd in her heat! Lots of cheering from the Farmers.
And laughing when Jason fell on his face – ouch.
