WOD Aug 14 Hopper Deck Day
Like the previous sessions on Jun 26 and May 17 we will be selecting a workout from the “Hopper Deck” . Everyone has to agree to the workout, otherwise it is 10 Burpees then draw another card.

This was harder than it looked, very breathy, Time 8:00
Then some challenges to co-ordination and balance with skin the cat, handstands and muscle ups
No OHS for me, did some push ball instead: 7:01
Fun gymnastics, amy always makes me laugh. Rach, the veggie market was fab….I’m in love.
Its great aye. In summer its even better and cheaper. More meat stalls too. Just have to elbow your way through people.
