On the minute Barbell or Dumbell Complex
Barbell 43/30kg
Hang Power Clean – Front Squat – Press – Back Squat – Push Press (behind neck)
Dumbell 20/16kg (total load)
Hang Power Clean – Front Squat – Jerk
add one more complex each minute until you can’t complete the prescribed reps in that minute.







Push Press, 35, 40, 40, 40, 40 ,40 was supposed to do 45×3 but shoulders are a bit tight.

Got 5 rounds within the minute time cap, then finished off the rest of the reps through to 8 sets in 14:57. Tough wod
Yip tough wod, I got it wrong and thought you had to try and get 8 rounds done in the minute. Got 5 and was toast.
