Deadlift 1 set of 21

Finish with 10-1 Power Clean 60/43kg

Run 200m or Row 250m between rounds

    FS – 40, 50, 55, 57-Fail, 45 (55 PR)
    DL – 55kg
    Met Con not sure but it was hard out. Good work guys.
