A nice combination to fatigue the legs!
holy smokes this was tough, evening class did the whole thing, 16:59 chasing Will the whole way.

100-115-130-140 Fail-135kg
Deadlifts 100kg
FS – 40, 50, 55, 57-Fail, 45 (55 PR)
DL – 55kg
Met Con not sure but it was hard out. Good work guys.
