Then:

Over Head Squat 1 x 15

Finish with:

3 RFT

25 Pull Ups

10 Turkish Gets Ups (5/5) Loading – 35% Body Weight

15 DB PP Loading – 20% Body Weight

    GI Janes, 50, 7 something, I was pretty happy since I took 3 min off my time at CFES. Sad to see Tara go, but she will be back at Xmas!
