    Good fun getting aggressive with the cleans tonight.
    Clean – 27.5, 32.5, 37.5, 37.5, 37.5
    Met Con – FS 35kgs. 3 rounds + 476 m on rower.

    Cleans 60-70-80-80-80kg
    Met Con as Rx 1044m on the rower
