Come to the Seaview end of the Pentone Esplanade and learn more about CrossFit Endurance run technique & injury prevention.  This one hour session will introduce you to the skills and drills you need for faster more efficient running technique.
 
Come ready to run, bring water and a small towel. Please email donna@madcrossfit.com to book your spot. Spaces limited. FREE to MaD CrossFit members, $10 for non members. All are welcome.
