Sumo Deadlift 1 x 5
Then hit “Barb” a shortened version on the benchmark workout “Barbara”
3 Rounds of:
20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Squats
Rest 3 mins between rounds.

I made up my own WOD 15 push ups, 40 situps and 50 squats x 3 with a minute rest between rounds 10.22
