The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift.

Then at 10am we have our first Olympic Lifting 101 Session which will cover the Clean and Jerk in preparation for the Bad As Womens Open on June 4th. Don’t worry guys you can join in this session as well.
