30 Burpees
40 Two-arm dumbbell ground-to-overhead (20/15kg DBs)
50 Toes to bar
30m Overhead walking lunge (20/10kg plate) – out and back 15m
50m Sprint – out and back 25m

Rache and Nick have an advantage going into this one, they have done it before
