Great turnout for “Cindy” yesterday, new PR’s are on the board 🙂

Then plenty of folks hung around to work on flipping, pulling, pushing, shouldering and loading some odd objects. There were some also some”stupid human tricks” attempted.

We head into more strength training this week, but expect a bit of a mix during this cycle. Next Saturday we are hitting Gymnastics skills, if you have anything specific you want to work on let us know.

For you volume trainers out there, remember a max of 2 sessions per week and not back to back sessions.
