The gym is closed today but that’s not an excuse to miss a wod. So here are a couple of options:

Run 5k.

You can use the course we did the Run 4 Christchurch on. Start at the eastern end of the Petone foreshore next to Hikoikoi Park and run down to the speed hump just after you cross the stream. Click here for the google map.

Or a 20 minute AMRAP of:

5 Push Ups

10 Lunge Steps

15 Squats
