Wod 60kg DL Pull ups 1 set red band 2x sets blue band pull ups. Not at chest to bar level yet and I suck at toes to bar – 8.00

Metcon 125kg D/L, T2B but with elevated BR =5.50, my hand really needs time to heal before any more pullups cause ripped calicus suck.
BS: 100, 105, 110, 115, 115, 115kg metcon: 3.25 rx,
BS 5 x 45, 47.5, 50, 3 x 60, 70, 80
Metcon: Deadlift – 90kg, bodyrows, and 8kg KB hold while knees to chest on back (whatever that is called…) – 4.33
Challenging on the last day of school, a bit lethargic but good workout!

metcon: 7.11? (books in the car) 60kg DL Dabbled with the chest to bar – v. hard.
back squat definately felt stronger, although most of the other girl’s starting weight was my 1 rep max 🙂 they’re amazing.
