Power Clean 20,25,30(5) 35,40,42.5(pr)(3) then tried 45kgs, and nearly bent my back in half, so that’ll teach me how important technique is. Cause its sore now!
Metcon: 9.06 with singles instead of DU’s. I’m slow with the KTE’s and can just do sets of 3.
Sara – if you can do KTE’s without swinging/kipping and you got THAT time – amazing.
