800m Farmers Walk 2 x 24/16kg (or 2 x 400m)

50 Sit Ups

50 WallBalls 20/14# to 10′

50 Burpees

400m Team Run (Both team members to complete the run)

Then at 10am we will be working on your mobility. Come in and learn to take care of yourself.
