Deadlift 65, 75, 80, 80, 80 thanks Matt for the tip re removing the slack! Helped a lot.
Metcon 25kg thrusters, 5min something? Maybe 6? Can’t remember, goldfish memory.

Wod: 20kg for thrusters, just under 5 mins I think. Taking it easy, feeling tight & tender all over.

Nice session today – thanks Matt. And great to have Donna in the 6:30 session :-). Head wasn’t really in it today but got it done. Big ups Lea for keeping me honest on form and on reps – sometimes 5 is hard to count up to.
