50 Kettlebell swings, 16/12kg
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 20kg/15kg
50 Back extensions/Supermans 1 second count
50 Wall ball shots, 20#/14# ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Scale as required:

Dirty 30 or similar.

Can also be done as a partner workout, one working at a time.
