Team Work Out

In teams of two.

Partners alternate whole rounds to complete 8 rounds (4 rounds each) for time of:

20 Wall Balls 20/14# to 10/9’

10 Deadlifts 100/75kg

400m run

At 10 – 11am we will have Open Gym, come hit a workout you missed or want to try. You can also use the time to work on a skill or practice technique. Let the coaches know what you want to do ahead of time so they can be prepared.
