For Time, 3 sets of:

10 One Arm Press (5/side) AHAP – REST 45 sec

10 Deadlifts 100/80kg – REST 45 sec

15 WallBalls 20/14# to 10’ – REST 45 sec

 

Part 2

2 Sets for Max Reps against a 6min running clock: Row 1000m then max Back Squat 60/40kg or Goblet Squat 24/16kg in the remaining time.

Score is total reps. Rest as needed between the two sets.
