AMRAP in 30 minutes

10 Deadlifts 80/60kg

15 HR Push Ups

20 Sit Ups

Score is your total # of reps

Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 200m with a sandbag (choose weight according to level and ability). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 200m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
