Team WOD -“Annie Are You Ok?”
21-15-9 Rep Rounds of:
Wall Ball -20/14# to 10′
Row (for calories)
Dumbbell Cleans – 15/10kg
Box Jump -24/20″
Kettlebell Swings -24/16kg
Burpees
Move through all 6 stations as a team. One person per station, don’t move to the next station until each team member is finished with their station.
Then at 10am we will work on some Oly Lifting Skills or you can hit a Clean Ladder. Starting weight 40kg for Ladies, 50kg for Guys. Ladies will add 2.5kg per bar, Guys 5kg. 1 minute to make each lift and rotate to the next bar.
Sooo wish I was there for the clean ladder!

We were listening to it in the gym during the women’s clean ladder, the men requested something a bit harder.

Glad you all enjoyed the workout this morning, you guys and gals put in a ton of work to get it done.
The clean ladders were fun, we will do them again. Guys will start heavier and take it up to 120kg next time.
