20 Over Head Lunge 20/10kg

10 Pull Ups

20 Double Unders

10 Knee To Elbow

Run 200m

Break up the work any way you want. One working at a time, but both partners must run the 200m together each round.

Then at 10am we will work on your Olympic Weightlifting Skills.
