Roll the dice!

In teams of 2 or 3

5 Rounds for time:

As a team Run 200 meters.

When you get back to the gym roll the dice and do 20 repetitions of two random exercises determined with every roll of the dice

1= Burpees

2= Push ups

3= Jumping lunges

4= Goblet Squat 24/16kg

5= Box Jumps (24/20″)

6= Push Balls (20/14 lbs) to 9′

You can break up this work anyway you want with one person working at a time.


At 10am we will have Open Gym. Let us know what skill you want to work on or catch up with a workout you missed.

Matt will also be taking a group to WelTec to lift with the Wellington Weightlifting Association from 10-12.
