For today, it is time to test some strength gains from the last few weeks. If you have not done one then you will hit the CrossFit Total. If you already have a Total you can take your pick of:

CrossFit Total 2 – The sum of your best efforts from 3 attempts at:
Clean (Power Clean is acceptable)
Bench Press
OverHead Squat
CrossFit FootBall Total – The sum of your best efforts from 3 attempts at:
Power Clean
Back Squat
Bench Press
DeadLift
Once we are done lifting we will hit some gymnastics skills at the 10am skill session.
