It might be Christmas Eve and MaD CrossFit is CLOSED. But that is no reason to miss your workout. Over the next week we will be posting Body Weight workouts each day. Here is the 1st one, for time, alternate the two movements:

Burpees 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

Sit-ups 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 – No AbMat required, just put a rolled up towel under your lumbar region and have at it.

If you are still in town, we will be in the gym today from 9am to noon today. All members are welcome. It will be Open Gym rules, so come in with an idea of what you want to do. Otherwise you will be doing the CrossFit.com  WOD.
