Bench Press 3 x 5 – Heavy Triple time :-)

Then a 7 minute AMRAP of:

10 Air Squats

15 Sit Ups

20 Double Unders

  • Chilled 9am session. Paired up with Mike M on the bench 65-75-85-95-100kg last set was tough. MetCon 4 + 43 as Rx take that double unders!

    AMRAP 6+38 rx – tried my hardest to catch Anita with no luck, that girl is to dam good at double unders! Nice work dude

  • Fun evening classes with some awesome bench numbers. BP 3×5 70,75,80,85,90(pr). Metcon kinda as Rx as double unders are still terrible but got 4+26.

  • I love bacon! so I’m not wrong. Awesome day at MaD, and congrats to Anita for taking it out for the wise ones! YES! and Nick H for the boys….no surprise.

  • BP 30,35,37.5,39.5,39.5
    Metcon can’t remember number but did it with singles. Maybe 5+8?

  • Busy 5pm class.
