Then a 7 minute AMRAP of:
10 Air Squats
15 Sit Ups
20 Double Unders

Metcon: Singles for me today
Chilled 9am session. Paired up with Mike M on the bench 65-75-85-95-100kg last set was tough. MetCon 4 + 43 as Rx take that double unders!

Fun evening classes with some awesome bench numbers. BP 3×5 70,75,80,85,90(pr). Metcon kinda as Rx as double unders are still terrible but got 4+26.
I love bacon! so I’m not wrong. Awesome day at MaD, and congrats to Anita for taking it out for the wise ones! YES! and Nick H for the boys….no surprise.
Metcon can’t remember number but did it with singles. Maybe 5+8?
