40/30kg Snatch, 20 reps

60/40kg Back squat, 20 reps

20 Walking lunge steps
60/40kg Deadlift, 20 reps

60/40kg Front squat, 20 reps

As you can see this one might take a while so get started early. Due to the amount of equipment you need, your coach will have you start at different stations of the chipper.
