Team Workout

In teams of 3, with only 1 working at any time, complete the following:
60 Pull-Ups
120 Push-Ups
180 Goblet Squats
240 Kettlebell Swings

Use same KB for Goblet Squats and Swings – Rx 24/16kg. Scale Up or Down as required.

Partition reps amongst team members as you wish, but the team must complete each task before embarking upon the next.

At 10am we will have Open Gym, stick around to work on some skills or come in to hit a workout you missed.
